Panasonic New Zealand Limited is part of the Panasonic group, the world's largest electronics producer. For over 30 years National, Panasonic & Technics products have delivered innovation, quality and reliability to New Zealand businesses and consumers including NZ schools and their family communities.

Panasonic first entered the New Zealand market in 1962, supplying refrigerator parts to Fisher & Paykel. In 1971 a sales agreement between Panasonic and Fisher & Paykel saw the introduction of National and Panasonic electronic products to the New Zealand market. In 1987 all National brand products were rebranded Panasonic.

Panasonic New Zealand began trading in its current format in 1998. At the forefront of rapidly evolving digital and networking technologies Panasonic is helping its customers to participate in an intelligent, information-oriented society. A natural extension of this is assisting NZ Learning Institutions through Intelligent Rewards™.
